Huh? What is The Boss Benefits Card?
You haven't heard?! The Boss Benefits Card is a membership programme exclusively for qualifying Gala Bingo bosses. The membership gives b-b-bad to the bone bingo players access to over one hundred discounts and offers from well-known brands in the UK.
I want to be a part of this! How do I become a member of The Boss Benefits Card?
Deposit and spend a minimum of £80 (in real cash with no bonuses) with Gala Bingo over a consecutive four-week period (starting from 17th May 2021), to become eligible for one-month access to The Boss Benefits Card. One month access equates to 28 days.
How do I register for The Boss Benefits Card?
Eligible customers will receive an email from [email protected], advising them that they've qualified for a Boss Benefits Card. You'll be directed to create a password to log in to your account and get using the offers and discounts straight away. The one month access starts from the date this email was dispatched. Only one membership can be registered per Gala Bingo customer.
Can I extend my membership for longer than 28 days / get access at another time again?
To maintain access to your membership, you'll need to continue to deposit and spend a minimum of £80 (in real cash with no bonuses) with Gala Bingo for every consecutive four weeks thereafter.
If your membership expires and you wish to re-activate, you'll need to deposit and spend a minimum of £80 (in real cash with no bonuses) for another four weeks.
We'll notify you by email if you've qualified for one month access again.
How do I redeem a reward?
To redeem a reward, simply click on your chosen reward and hit the ‘redeem now' button.
How will I receive my Reward?
Upon redemption, you will receive your reward via email to the email address you use to sign in (this is the same email used for your Gala Bingo account). Please make sure you have [email protected] added to your safe senders list. (Bingo bosses can trust each other).
Can I cancel my reward after it's been redeemed?
No stress! If you make a mistake or change your mind, please contact us here as soon as possible. We can't guarantee that rewards can be cancelled or exchanged but we will do our best to help you.
I have a query about a reward I have redeemed/ want to redeem. What should I do?

When will I receive my reward?
This depends on the reward you have chosen. Please refer to individual T&Cs.
How long do I have to use my reward once redeemed?
Each reward will have its own expiry dates, which will be clearly communicated upon claim. Please check individual T&Cs for more details.
LEAVING THE BOSS BENEFITS CARD PROGRAMME OR GALA BINGO
What happens to my membership if I leave Gala Bingo?
If you cancel your Gala Bingo account, access to your Boss Benefits Card membership will also be terminated.
How do I leave the programme if I no longer want to participate?
You can leave the programme at any time by emailing your request to [email protected]. If you choose to opt out of the rewards programme your account will be terminated, you will immediately cease to be a Member and you will no longer be entitled to access your account.
